Are you happy? Have you ever asked yourself that?
Everyday we are all rushing here & there to complete our routine jobs, busy handling all the daily hassles in lives, but deep in our heart, are we really happy on what we are doing and who we are?
If you want to have a long lasting and sustainable business, you need to find the real you.
How to find the Real You?
#1 Do not compete and compare with others
Yes we can always learn from others’ success stories. But if that gonna make you feel inferior and become depressed and discouraged, start thinking why you haven’t achieved that, it’s not helpful at all. Likewise, if we always stuck with the same circle of friends and concluded that we are always one of the best and puff up ourselves in vain, It’s not a good scenario as well.
Our society is a competitive society- competition to be the best, richest, smartest, most recognized, best car, biggest house, and it goes on and on. Competition and comparison drive many people but it always drive to no end. There’re many sad stories of people reaching the top or having the most where no one can compare to them yet they are not satisfied and unhappier than ever before.
The true happiness in life is Contentment. We accept happily whatever has been offered to us, and we plan and work hard towards the goal of our lives. Being content doesn’t mean that we’re going to give up our goals. In fact, we need to constantly compare ourselves with ourselves daily. Compare our personal situation a day before with the situation we are in at present. Peep into our past and start comparing our advancements, whether personal or professional. Conduct a session of self-analysis weekly. This is a great way to bring improvements in our personalities.
I always believe that everyone is different and can contribute in the world in each unique way.
#2 Surround yourself with people who can bring out the best in yourself
Throughout our lives, we meet different kind of friends, teachers, colleagues, partners etc.
It’d be wise for us to choose to be surrounded with people who can bring out the best in ourselves and always inspire us. Choose to be with leader who can let us be our realselves and thus activate our inner joy.
There’s a saying, “Don’t educate your children to be rich, educate them to be happy”.
Happiness is the key of success and full life.
Once you are happy, you would gradually discover the inner strength and make the best out of it. You’ll be successful in what you love to do.
In the new social-media era, there’re many ways you can find to project your strength and show the best of yourself. Part of the process is about identifying how yourself can be unique from the rest, and who you want to be as a person.
Happiness is contagious. Happiness can also be connected to motivation. When you’re happy, you’re able to generate creative ideas and explore different possibilities as well.
Keep building yourself, keep giving value to others, and the true intrinsic value of yourself will slowly come out.
And this will be the attraction factor that makes people following you one day.
