If there is only one thing i can teach you, that is ~The Long Term Mindset.
Has anyone ever thought of this before they join a network company ?
Or we simply get sponsored because of how fancy is the compensation plan, how inspiring is the motivational OPP, or how charming is your upline ?
It’s a business, isn’t it ?How would someone not assess carefully before they joined ?
A lot of online network marketer expert said, ‘Never believe in the company’.‘No company stays long’.‘Build your own brand’.‘Your people join you, not the company’.
I agree and disagree with these type of statements.
I would want to say, this is just part of the ‘online marketing course selling strategy’.
Because it implies,no matter what your company is, buy my products, buy my online marketing course, build your own brand, don’t believe in any company. And it also implies, when your company is gone, your people will follow you to the new one.
I am sad to tell you that yes, bad company does open and close. And it hurts a lot of people.
But, i am not quite agree with online marketing course seller claiming that, choose me, not the company.
If you don’t think the company will stay long, you should not join as the first place. You cannot simply sponsor people to a company that you do not believe in and tell people join you, not the company.
The basic ethic for a network leader to sponsor someone is ‘you and your company’ will stay, long.
I ever met a leader, he said something like ‘There is no such thing as long term’ , ‘Who will know whether the company will close’ ?
I really cannot agree with this type of statement.
He then asks me to show him comp plan, and i did not share and left that day.
I am skeptical for any leader whom when we met first time and the first thing they ask is ~ ‘Show me your plan’.
All marketing plan is merely a math, i didn’t mean plan is not important, what i meant is for a complete opportunity, you should see everything as a whole.
‘Show me the plan at the first place’ simply means the leader only care for themselves.
In fact, i don’t think these people are qualified to be named as leader.There should just call themselves ‘business man’.
For a pure business man to only look at profit, there is nothing wrong at all.
Who are real leaders ?Leaders are someone who really care for their downlines.
If you are network leader, and somehow something bad happen to your company, your upline or any other unexpected incidents, and if you are looking for a new opportunity,
Remember, when you are choosing new company, look things as a whole.Plan is only part of it.My advice is , and always only is, carefully assess all the people you are going to work in future.They include, uplines, sidelines, management both Headquarter and Local, and anyone who involved in the business.
Learn the lesson from the past.It’s not just products, plan, and system.It’s the ‘people’ who are behind the products, plan, system.
If the mindset of the people behind are wrong, no matter how good are the products , plan and system, everything will fall apart one day. You will deeply understand this when it happens again to you.
If you are just flirting, don’t go into marriage.
If you are not ready to do long term network marketing business, don’t sponsor downline.
If you feel there is no network company are going to stay long, don’t do network marketing, go back to your traditional business or job.
If you are a ethical online marketing course seller, just teach and claim how good is your products, how you will teach people to generate leads and etc.
But please, don’t ever claim ‘there is no company going to stay long’.
This is unfair for the people who work in the company to bring fortune to you.This is unfair for you to ‘create value’ , to ‘create popularity’ through online just to attract people to join your business.
You may be expert on online system that you build and teach, but you are not qualified to name yourself as a leader.
And you are not fit to be called upline.
Faith is even knowing the darkest truth of network marketing(marketer), you still believe that there are good people out there who want to do it in the right way and with the right one.

After knowing all the good and bad about network marketing, you still choose to fight in this industry.
Then i think.Yes.You really want to stay, long term, in the network marketing.
